Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Ravah (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Ravah is committed to ensuring satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not pleased with a product, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with these Terms.

2. Return and Exchange Period
Our return and exchange policy is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of order delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be mostly unused.

• At least ninety percent (90%) of the original content must remain.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

Ravah reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these criteria.

4. Processing Time
All return and exchange requests are reviewed and processed promptly, typically within three (3) to five (5) working days after approval.

5. Delivery Charges
Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred when requesting an exchange.

6. Orders Above Rs. 5,000
Orders with a total value exceeding Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products
In the event that a product is received damaged, leaking, or incorrect, Ravah will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange of the item.

8. Final Decision
Ravah reserves the right to make the final determination regarding all return, exchange, and refund requests in accordance with these Terms.
